Abstract
The study aimed to the following:
1- Identify the concept of School Reform and its types.
2- Study the principles of that may contribute to achieve School Reform in the Egyptian Education.
3- Determine the domains of School Reform in the Egyptian Education.
4- Recognize the reality of efforts about the School Reform in the Egyptian Education.
5- Identify the concept of Teamwork .
6- Study the stages of building effective Teamwork to achieve the School Reform in the Egyptian Education.
7- Present a suggested plan that may contribute to achieve School Reform in light of Teamwork by using PERT.
The descriptive method was used in the study, and PERT was used to put a suggested plan that may contribute to achieve School Reform in light of Teamwork.
The important results of the study, the probability of completion this plan in less than or equal to 68 months is 87.39%, so the necessary requirements to achieve this plan as the following:
1. Presence commitment , loyalty and cooperation between all those
involved in the implementation of the plan, to reach the best results.
2. Attention to reform all the elements of the educational process,
without paying attention to some of the elements and leave the others.
3. Guiding individuals toward Teamwork, highlighting its importance,
in order to benefit as much as possible of new and creative ideas
resulting from the integration of experiences among them.
